Installation analysis
Your Brisach advisor will take an inventory, make sure that your fireplace or stove can be installed safely (safety distances, fresh air supplies, etc.), analyse your needs, and advise you on the best model and materials. He or she will then draw up a free analysis of your future fireplace or stove based on your budget and offer financing solutions.

 

SAFETY - SAFE INSTALLATION
Your fitter ensures that your fireplace is installed according to industry standards, applicable health laws and regulations, and building codes.

Product warranties
Brisach closed fireplaces, inserts, fireplace blowers and smoke chambers are covered by a five-year warranty. Brisach stoves are covered by a two-year warranty.

 


Process

  • The quality of materials and workmanship is controlled during production.
  • The laboratory is awaiting certification and Brisach is one of the founding members of the Green Flame label and takes part in drawing up French DTU codes.
