• Measure the room where the fireplace or stove is to be installed. Don’t forget to include any openings or windows and, more importantly, the flue (if already installed).

• If possible, measure the inside dimensions of the flue (inside diameter or width and length).

b. Your unit (fireplace or stove)
c. Its location

• Your Brisach advisor will visit your home to make sure your project is technically feasible and meets applicable regulations.

• Your Brisach advisor will then inform production to begin manufacturing your fireplace or stove and will agree on an installation date with you.

• Once your fireplace or stove is ready, a team of Brisach fitters will install it in your home, ensure its proper operation and provide you with advice on its use and maintenance. Lastly, the team will ask you if you are satisfied with the results.
